At Genesis Bathhouse, each product is handcrafted with care. Due to the nature of our handmade bath and self-care products, all sales are final.

We do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

-Change of mind

-Allergic reactions or skin sensitivities 

-Special orders or custom products

-Gift Cards

-Sale or discontinued items

We encourage customers to read product ingredients before purchasing.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at genesisbathhouse@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your package.

Please include:

-Your order number

-The name of the damaged product(s)

-Clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging

Each claim is reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and we will do our best to provide a fair and satisfactory resolution.
