Shipping policy

At Genesis Bathhouse, orders are processed within 2-7 business days. During holidays and peak sale periods, processing may take up to 10 business days.

Orders placed after 5:00pm PT are considered received on the following business day.

Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped, and you will receive a shipment confirmation email, if an email address was provided, containing your tracking number(s).

Please note that we do not ship to P.O Boxes because our carriers require a physical street address for delivery.
